PowerTools Color Out System (COS) removes unwanted artificial hair colour in about 20 minutes by shrinking the dye molecules so they rinse out of the hair. It's bleach- and ammonia-free, works on permanent, demi and semi-permanent oxidative colour at any level, and hair can be recoloured straight after.

Only open and mix when you're ready to use it, and use straight away.
Apply to dry hair, saturating the area to be corrected.
