After shampooing, apply Miracle Repair and leave on for 3–5 minutes, then rinse.
For severely damaged hair, cover with a processing cap and apply heat for 5–10 minutes, then rinse.
Use weekly or as often as you like. Not recommended straight before a chemical service; don't use heat when applying after a chemical service.
