Long locks should be 45mm 'Size 3', while extra-long locks should be 55mm 'Size 4'.

Blast your hair with a hair dryer until it’s 80% dry, then take a medium sections of hair and place the brush into the root area. Direct the heat from your dryer at the barrel, keeping the tension as you move the brush through to the tips of your hair.
