Light Master Lift & Tone Powder by Matrix
Matrix Light Master Lift & Tone Powder is a dust-free bleaching powder that is the first stage in Matrix Light Master Lift & Tone's three-step technique for natural-looking highlights. The bleaching powder's recipe contains Pro Vitamin B5 to protect and nourish the hair. With increased heat, the hair color can be elevated up to 6 shades in 2-10 minutes, or in 50 minutes at room temperature.

Light Master Lift & Tone Powder by Matrix Usage:

  • 2 parts Lift & Tone Powder + 2 parts Lift & Tone Oxidant + 1 part Lift & Tone Oxidant + 1 part Lift & Tone Oxidant + 1 part Lift & Tone Oxid
  • Toner until it's completely smooth.
  • Distribute the mixture evenly throughout the hair.
  • Allow for a maximum of 50 minutes of action at room temperature, or 2-10 minutes with the addition of heat.

Rinse the dish well.

Note: Lift & Tone developers are available in 2.4 percent and 6.6 percent concentrations; do not use a greater volume developer. Finally, the Lift & Tone technique is only ideal for highlights and balayage on the off-scalp.
