Quantum Ultra Firm is a self-warming exothermic perm that gives springy, true-to-rod curls that won't relax. It's ideal for long hair and designer wraps, and suits normal to resistant, grey or tinted hair (up to 20 volume). It also improves wet and dry combing. Every Quantum perm uses Equalizer 3 conditioner to balance porosity for even, predictable curls, and an argan oil conditioning neutraliser for weightless shine and manageable curls. No test curl or dryer heat is needed.

Size: One perm kit

Shampoo lightly without conditioner and towel-blot.
Wrap on perm rods, then mix and apply the waving lotion as directed in the kit.
Process following the kit directions, rinse well and blot each rod.
Apply the neutraliser, process as directed, remove rods and rinse.
