Equalizer 3 Conditioner is used in Quantum perms to balance porosity for equal, predictable curl production. Argan Oil from Morocco is blended in our superior conditioning neutraliser to offer weightless shine and brilliance for manageable, healthy-looking curls. There's no need for a test curl or dryer heat. Quantum Firm Options is designed for individuals with normal to resistant hair that is fine, grey or coloured (up to 20 volume) and has various porosity. Quantum Firm Options is an alkaline perm that produces long-lasting, firm curls that move freely.
