HOW TO USE IT

After shampooing, apply Forever Blonde Conditioner to clean, damp hair, focusing on mid-lengths and ends.
Distribute evenly using fingers or a wide-tooth comb. Leave on for 1–3 minutes, depending on the toning you want.
Rinse thoroughly until hair feels soft and smooth.
