Size: Choice of pack or single product

Shampoo: Massage into wet hair, then rinse. Use daily.
Swimmers Remedy (weekly, after shampooing): Dissolve the crystals in a wet palm with about 30ml of water, massage through the hair and leave on for 2–5 minutes. Rinse, shampoo again and rinse.
Conditioner: Apply through the hair, then rinse.
