Heat in the jar, in your wax heater or in the microwave (800ml jars)

Safety first: Only apply wax at about 70–75°C (a thin honey consistency), and always test the temperature on your own arm first. Keep away from naked flames, and don't heat in the jar above 100°C for long periods. Don't use on sunburnt, broken, irritated or inflamed skin, moles or varicose veins. Keep away from eyes. Stop use if any skin reaction occurs.

Microwave tip (800ml jars only): Loosen the lid and heat on HIGH for 1 minute, then in 30-second bursts until ready. Microwaves vary, so heat gradually. An overheated jar can soften and collapse, so never handle a hot jar with bare hands.

Size: 800ml (Nuwoman 1L)

Remove the lid and heat the jar in a wax heater to 70–75°C, until the wax is like thin honey. If using the Lycon Professional Heater, never go above setting 8.
800ml jars can also be microwaved: loosen the lid and heat on HIGH for 1 minute, then in 30-second bursts. Then keep warm in your heater.
Test the temperature on your own arm. If it feels too hot, let it cool.
Cleanse the skin with Lycon Lycotane Skin Cleanser and let it dry.
Holding the spatula at 90° to the skin, apply wax firmly in the direction of hair growth.
Press a waxing strip firmly onto the wax, hold the skin taut, then pull the strip off quickly against the hair growth. One strip can be re-used several times.
Repeat until all hair is removed.
Finish by cleansing with Lycotane, then apply Lycon Tea-Tree Perfect to soothe and lift any wax residue.
Use Lycon Wax Solvent to clean wax from equipment, surfaces and clothes.
