Exfoliate first, and make sure skin is clean and completely dry.
Shake the bottle before each use.
Pump the foam onto a Lyco-Bronze Application Mitt and blend over the body in long sweeping and circular motions. Use sparingly on hands, elbows and knees, and apply lightly on the face.
Leave on for 1–4 hours depending on how deep you'd like your tan, avoiding water.
Rinse with lukewarm water (no soap or scrubs) and pat dry. Your tan keeps developing for 12 hours, so don't moisturise during this time.
This product contains no sunscreen and won't protect against sunburn.
