Make sure your lashes and brows are free of oil and makeup remnants by wiping them down thoroughly. Lower your lids with Vaseline or a protective cream. On the bottom of the eyelid, place an eyelash pad that has been treated with the cream. Ensure that the pad is well-fitting on the lashes and that there are no folds.
